I just installed the newsletter and using the minimal shortcode:

    [newsletter_form type=”minimal”]

This I believe was set up in the Welcome section of the plugin.

However, I need to add name in front of the email field but could not do so. What code do I need to do this so the two fields and button are on the same line?

Secondly, I need to translate these 2 fields title and button into Chinese. But I can’t seem to do it. I am using WPML and looking at the String Translation for the newsletter I found some labeled “Name” and “Email” but I don’t think these are the right field because they weren’t translated on the page. The button which was set to be “Sign Up” is no where to be found. How to do the translation?

Is there any support for this plugin?

Hi, we have no support for WPML right now. You can change the labels in the transations panel. You can even create custom form specify every single label using the shortcodes documented at http://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation.

Thanks Stefano. I have found the panel. However, it can only be in one language. Wish your plugin is WPML compatible as it is considered the standard and the most popular for WP translation.

I think using the custom forms is the only solution for now, however, I am having problem putting name, email and button on the same line. This was raised as a different topic. Thanks.

Hi, we’re developing the integration with WPML with their support to have the multilanguage available in Newsletter.

As soon as we finisched with texts review and GDPR compliance, with should be able to dedicate more time to that task.

    Stefano.
