 * In the Booking Calendar Free version, you can configure labels of booking form
   at the Booking > Settings > Form page in the and way like this:
 * `First name[lang=de_DE]Vorname`

 * Okey, I’ve solved it.
    First always in english, and then the other language, 
   it works.
 * First Name[lang=es_ES]Nombre[lang=fr_FR]Prénom
