    After a long search and even thought that it came from an update, I finally identified a very annoying bug.

    When I start using the translation (French), some options are no longer usable (I click but nothing happens)

    For example, it is impossible to use “Icon Settings” or “Advanced Settings”.

    Even when translating only 2 or 3 words this is problematic. By deleting the translation everything works again.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We couldn’t replicate the issue at our end with French translation.
    Though “Icon Settings” can not be translated in French as it is not a translatable string for now. (We will fix it soon).

    Apart from that form submission work just fine. Could you please create a sample form at your site so that our developers can understand the issue. It would be preferable if you can provide us admin access to check any plugin conflict situation.

    After searching for several days, I think many parts of your plugin can’t be translated.

    I tried with Loco Translate as you invited us to do but also with POedit and the result is the same.

    Example on the next page, the translation of “Remember me” does not appear

    The impossibility of translating seems to arise almost everywhere as for example here:

    Other example
    Once logged in,”View Submissions” appears at the foot of the page https://actu-securite.fr/ but cannot be found in Loco Translate.

    Thank you for helping me because I’ve been looking for the solution since I bought the plugin. I even abandoned him because of that.

    As per our response on support ticket most parts of plugin are transferable – but there are some bugs/issues we are fixing at this point at our end.
