Translate slider theme Evolve

    Good morning , I’m trying to do the translation from Catalan to Spanish our website http://www.zagora.cat I have a problem I do not know how to solve it . The theme Evolve has two boxes with 4 sliders to get text. One of them, putting ” more ” includes a link to access a page. I do not know if anyone knows how to translate these sliders . I imagine to be programmed directly into HTML . There understand much , really , but if anyone can give me a helping hand , I appreciate it .
