  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please go to Settings -> General -> And change the Site Language into Arabic. This should change the language of Profile Builder into Arabic.

Another solution would be to translate Profile Builder on our translation environment.

Then on the page bottom click Export and select the .po and then the .mo files.

You need to rename them: profile-builder-ar_AR.mo and profile-builder-ar_AR.po and place them in the Translation directory in the plugin.

Then in the WP back-end UI, under Settings go to Site Language and select Arabic. This way all your Profile Builder strings will be in Arabic.

We’ll also make sure to include all the translations updates in each plugin update.

You can also translate the plugin on WordPress. I am not a PTE on WordPress Polyglots so I can’t approve your translation. My suggestion would be to post a request here and an appropriate PTE will approve them. If you want to become a PTE for Arabic, post a request here.

If you would like to translate your website into multiple Languages my suggestion would be to use WPML and WPML String Translation add-on.

    Best regards,

I have already shown my WordPress in Arabic but profile builder language still in English nothing changed

and I did the translation with Poedit and upload the Arabic translation to the plugin files and changed the file names as you said and nothing happened
I even changed the form fields title with Arabic and it didn’t change as well

    Hello @shaymaashwkat,

Can you show me how you named your translation files ?

    Regards.

    Hi,

I’ve got the same problem. Edited the language files with POedit and named them as they should be named (“profile-builder-de_DE”) for German. Set the site language to German as well. Unfortunately, it still shows the English descriptions.

What could be the problem and how can I fix this?

    Thanks,
    Dennis
