Translate ‘post by: author’

I’m using <?php the_author_posts_link(); ?> in order to display all post by a specific author. It works fine, but it generates a ‘posts by: author” message in the breadcrumb. I’d like to translate it to Spanish, how can I do it? I’ve searched the whole wordpress folder looking for ‘posts by’ characters into the code of all files, but I’ve found nothing.
