To translate header menus links there are a number of plugins available and you can use Loco Translate plugin to solve you purpose. Here is the link for download Loco translate.

Just download it and install it. After activating it you can add language file to it and add plain text with their translation in those files.

Hi, but I don´t want to translate the entire website. Just the header after click the english button.
Don’t quite understand what exactly it is you want to translate. The block above your logo or below your logo? Your menu? Please be more specific.
Hi, the block above the logo and the two blocks beside the logo. In the menu, the WPML was to be translated, but it is with a bug that is not translating.

While I understand how eagerly you are waiting to get help on this, I would suggest to approach a premium theme helpdesk from where you bought this theme or reach out to WPML support team. They can assist you faster on this as your problem is directly related with the product (theme/plugin) offered by them.
