This plugin manages PO files and generates MO files.
It does not translate WordPress post content.

Yes, but can i translate in ex. in single-portfolio.php file a label?
It works fine in the page.php but not in custom post php files.

I see, well if WordPress has bootstrapped the text domain I see no reason why they would be different. Loco can’t help with whatever problem you’re experiencing. All it does is create MO files. It has no awareness of the runtime of your site or theme.

Can you confirm please whether there is an issue to here to be resolved?

Correctly configured themes should translate strings in any template file regardless of what the template does. I can’t see a problem with the plugin, but please let me know if I can close this.
