Translate Days-Hours-Minutes-Seconds text in event countdown

Hello,

As you can see on my homepage: http://54490967.swh.strato-hosting.eu/website/
I use a countdown to the next event.

My question is how or where in the files I can translate the text ‘Days’, ‘Hours’, ‘Minutes’ and ‘Seconds’. I translated the rest succesfully, but I can’t find where to translate these texts.
