Is any way how to translate Leave a Reply without editing comment-template.php`wp-includes\comment-template.php (4 hits)

don’t edit wp-includes\comment-template.php file. edit your theme’s comment.php file. see this http://chinmoy29.wordpress.com/2010/07/23/twenty-ten-theme-customization/#comment-32
