Translate "Author" and "Date" strings

Hi !
I just installed your wonderful plugin, which is great. Thanks a lot !

Unfortunately, I just a have a small problem : my website is a french website, and I do not find any setting to translate the “Author” and the “Date” strings that are shown just in front of the author’s name and the date of publication.
Regarding that issue, may I ask for any help ?

Also, I noticed that you can choose how to display the header content itself, but you can’t edit what’s shown in it. For example, if I’d like to customize it or to add something to it, it wouldn’t be possible to change “My website title” to “My website title, with love” or whatever.
Would it be possible to enable that option in a further version ? 🙂
