I made the mistake of manually translating the plugin into WordPress.org. I have ready-made Russian translation files, but the WordPress import doesn’t work, apparently because some of them are already translated. You can embed the translation files into your plugin using your preferred method. The file format is wp-plugins-spelhubben-weather-stable-ru.l10n.php.
