Translatable "Read More" text

    Hello there, I am running your plugin on an international multisite blog and it works great; exactly how I want it to; however, is there anyway you can make the custom “Read More” text be translatable (via WPML)? I believe all this would take is to wrap the saved text in a GetText echo call. I tried doing this myself in the plugin files but I’m not a huge php developer so I couldn’t get it to work
