  • I tried to translate the “Edit This” link that sticks in the meta info of all posts at my wordpress installation.
    It became much easier after the change below. The only difference is that I give __(‘Edit This’) as the argument for the edit_post_link function, Edit This is already the default argument so nothing is changed. I considered changing the function edit_post_link instead, but I found no good way to make it translatable then translated twice which is even worse. The full diff for my index.php:
