Transition from subdomain to page

    Hi guys
    I decided to merge my blog and website.
    My blog is currently in a SUBDOMAIN mimibondi.com/blog with a separate WP installation.
    I have reloaded all my posts on my main site and created a PAGE called mimibondi.com/blog.
    What is the best way to transition so anything/anyone is directed to the PAGE without losing anything?
    Should I completely delete the subdomain and its WP installation? Or just disable it for now?
