I followed the instructions here: [https://move.wordpress.com/](https://move.wordpress.com/) and bought a Bluehost hosting package. When I signed up for that, and installed WordPress on it, it asked me for the URL of my site. * But now, when I click the ‘Admin Login’ button, it takes me to my usual wordpress. com dashboard. * I’ve tried logging out, and using the username and password that Bluehost have given me to ‘Access your new WordPress Site’, but the details aren’t recognised. * I’m very frustrated and feel like I’ve wasted my money. What am I doing wrong? I haven’t done that – my domain is registered with 123- reg, not WordPress.com (it’s just mapped to my wordpress.com site). * Do I need to change the IPS Tag of my domain from my 123-reg control panel? Even if you could transfer your domain name to Bluehost, you’d still have pay them an extra £12-15 (approx) every two years for your name registration. In effect, you’re just splitting the bill between two companies as it stands. If I use Firefox, I do get a WordPress login, but it won’t accept any of the passwords I’ve used. If I use the ‘forgot password’ option, the link it emails me redirects me to WordPress.com again. * For what it’s worth, I’m not usually that technologically incompetent.
