You’d need to export XML file and download to your hard drive via Tools > Export

Then you’d need to get a hosting provider, set up WordPress, then import the XML file to your new WP installation

When everything’s working well with your new self-hosting WP install, delete content in your old WordPress.com blog to avoid duplication of content

I want to transfer this on daily basis like at 12midnight

My client want to write blog on wordpress.com but he want to display all day at his site too.

    Why?

Are you aware that Google penalizes sites for using duplicate content?

    yes but client wants that

Okay, just so he/she knows – though I don’t know of any automatic way to post in both places – so you’d need to use some kind of feed probably. Also, FWIW, I’ve heard that WordPress.COM may not look kindly upon this kind of scenario – so your client may want to check into that end of it…

I second WPyogi here. Duplicate content in stand-alone WP install will take away SEO juice from the original blog in WordPress.com.

Having said that, you could export XML from the WP.com blog and import in your self-hosted WP install. Then you can install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedwordpress/ in the self-hosted WP install and configure as needed.
