Transfer of site failing

I’m using the theme Flatsome, here’s the link. View the website I’m talking about here.

I had troubles with running this on localhost, after transferring from my GoDaddy hosting account. Below are the steps I did in order to try and get the site working on this new hosting site, Fasthosts.

Step 1: Created a new DB and imported all .sql information into – all imported successfully with no issues.

Step 2: Changed the siteurl and home fields in “wp_options” table located in the DB.

Step 3. Transferred website files via FTP (FileZilla) into the public_html file on the website.

Step 4: Changed the “wp_config.php” file to have the new DB details.

Step 5: Added a new option within the “functions.php” file located within the theme folder to update the home and siteurl options.

If you load the webpage, the site will load the index, but it will not allow to view any other pages as it’s still thinking the “localhost” is the siteurl. I cannot login to wp-admin as it redirects to “/wp-admin/localhost/wp-admin”

Please does anyone have any idea on how to fix!
