    We’ve been paid users SmartForms & SmartDonations for years. We were sad to see the donation part of things disappear as they were really nice and our donors really appreciated seeing things like the donor wall.

    Anyway, we’ve had lots of changes lately and didn’t get to move over to All in one Forms yet. We’re ready to move now but I’m not seeing any info about how to transfer our license over.

    Is this still available and if so, what do we need to do to make that happen? Thanks so much for the previous versions and I’m looking forward to working with this new item!

    Hello!

    Sorry the offer is no longer available =S, if you are still seeing it probably you don’t have an up to date version of the plugin.

    This is not a replacement of Smart Forms though, both plugins are going to be maintained. So if you are already using Smart Forms and are happy with it you don’t need to change.

    We’re not seeing the offer, that’s why I asked. We didn’t know there was an expiration to the offer. We didn’t have the option of time to move everything over when we saw the offer and we just got to a point in our year where we have the time to learn a new system and get all of the items on our site moved to a new system.

    We do love Smart Forms, but we also purchased the license for Smart Donations, and that hasn’t been functional for a while, so it’s been confusing to people who want to donate for specific reasons that need an accompanying form completed that now it’s at least 2 steps instead of one single step. It’s caused more than a few issues and that’s why we were thrilled to see the new plugin that would address the issue of Smart Donations no longer working.
