Transfer Domain question

Hello there.

I was given a wordpress with a domain name already to it. I am wondering how do I find out if this domain is with wordpress or another domain hosting server? I can’t seem to find the “Domain Manager” on my word press.

When I go to permalink settings, it looks as though the domain is already integrated: Default: http://giftadd.com/?p=123

The domain is http://giftadd.com/

and the blog is ..well i can’t find the blog name because it seems to already be integrated (cool?)
