 * I changed my domain are passed .com to .it
    I changed my host from the past to
   hosting24 to pop.it Now load the database pop.it and I see this:

 * Make sure you have the database selected on the left side of phpmyadmin.
 * Also, if you have any tables in the database right now, I would drop them and
   then import. MAKE SURE TO HAVE A BACKUP!

 * So that means you should be in a database with no tables then. Are you using 
   PHPmyAdmin for the database import?
