    Hello,

I’m rather confused about tracking ecommerce data with this plugin.

At the moment I can see ecommerce data in analytics both my UA and GA4 accounts, but it is not pulling the conversion value and extra data into my google ads account.

It says here in a google guide:
    ‘Ecommerce transactions
To track transactions, you’ll need to add Ecommerce tracking code to your shopping cart. This allows Analytics to calculate the Revenue and ROI metrics from purchases on your site. However, it’s often useful to also create a destination goal to signal the completion of an ecommerce transaction. Setting up a destination goal will allow you to see the percentage of sessions that resulted in at least one transaction (i.e., this will be the conversion rate for that goal).’

Does this plugin add the ecommerce tracking code to the shopping cart?
Does it push the data back to analytics?

If so, what is the missing piece of the puzzle to get my conversion values to show in google ads?

I have google site kit with tag manager and analytics enabled. I’m not sure whether I should have the analytics enabled with site kit as well as google analytics from this plugin?

    Many thanks,

    Sophie

    Hey @sophierose,

It should be adding the eCommerce tracking for you. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Thanks!
