    Hi,

    We’ve recently installed your plugin after moving from another however, we’re seeing transactions/e-commerce sales being recorded in GA for sales that were made days ago, and are being recorded yet again.

    We can only assume it’s if the user is revisiting the order confirmation page once again and it is being automatically refreshed by the browser but is there any way to prevent this?

    Thank you for writing to us!

    Our plugin automatically prevents the transaction to be fired again. There might be some other reasons for the duplicate the transaction. Request you to contact us at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com & share your store URL.
