Transaction Data missing and no Google Tag Assistant Record

    Greetings Tatvic,

    I am using your plugin to implement the enhanced e-commerce data for google analytics.

    During the past couple of days, we have repeatedly missed out on transaction data.
    We are receiving events such as cart abandoners or product views, but no transaction data.

    We are using Paypal and have made sure that everyone gets redirected to the thank-you page.

    Moreover, I don’t understand why the Google Tag Assistant is not showing the gtag.js (universal analytics) on the page, although we receive data without interruption. We are implementing both gtag.js and enhanced e-commerce through your plugin.

    (We do want to implement the gtag.js through the header.php again, since Google Tag Manager and its Assistant is not recognizing it)

    Could you please get back to me on our set-up? It seems that something is off and we don’t know where to start.

    Hey @nikolasr ,

    When you are logged in as a wp-admin and open the Google Tag Assistant , you will not be able to see the gtag.js present on the page. You could see the same when you are not logged in as a wp-admin.

    Further I have had a look at your store and found that there are multiple GA and GTM scripts (2) running on your store at each page (Screenshot), you need to remove 1 that is not via our plugin.

    Please perform above action and check for the issue. Let us know if the issue still persist.
