• Hi team,

    I’ve just started using Stripe Payments. I love the ease of it. But I’ve had a couple of clients go through and both mentioned that their payments got hung up on processing.

    They ended up with a spinning wheel. The payment actually processed but because of the spinning wheel one client ended up accidentally paying twice.

    I’m using the DIVI theme. Could this be interfering somehow?

    No mine is a different issue. The client took a screenshot of the console errors. Happy to send that to you. It looks like the checkout result page was still set to http:// in the settings page. I’ve changed it to https://

    Not sure if that will fix it or if something else is going on, because I didn’t see that behaviour during testing.

    Changing the URL to https:// which means it is secure might fix your issue. Report back if it doesn’t.
