Traffic counting analmoly

    Suddenly both statcounter and Google analytics are counting an extra 46% in traffic, steady for over a week now. ADSENSE does not show it.
    When I look around in analytics it shows 46% of traffic from amazon.com. which I never noticed before. When I click further it says amazonaws.com.
    Anyone know what may be going on?
