# Tracking & Order Status

 * Hello,
 * I am using APG for my website. And I am using official Woocommerce plugin for
   custom order statuses. [https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-order-status-manager/](https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-order-status-manager/)
 * I have added custom order status “Shipping” and when I change order status from
   Processing to Shipping, I want SMS to be sent to customer along with tracking
   number.
 * Kindly let me know how to go about this.

 * I managed to get the SMS notifications working for changing status from Processing
   to Shipped. However, now the custom variables are not working. I added them like
   this
 *     ```
       _tracking_provider
       _custom_tracking_provider
       _tracking_number
       _custom_tracking_link
       _date_shipped
       ```
   
 * And in message, I am using like this:
    `Your order no. %id% has been shipped 
   on %_date_shipped% via %_tracking_provider% with tracking number %_tracking_number`
 * Can you please let me know what I need to change? The variables are defined here:

 * Can you please guide me also how did you manage to send sms notification while
   changing custom order status to “Shipped” from “Processing”. I am also using 
   the same plugin [https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-order-status-manager/](https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-order-status-manager/)
   to manage order statuses.
