    hi there,
    I am trying to import tracking status.
    I am setting the tracking_provider as Royal Mail. However, all the imported rows fail due to the error 13 tracking numbers import failed due to invalid shipping provider

    I have also tried royal mail and "Royal Mail" and UPS but it will not accept the import.

    I have also tried uploading the document to Google Sheets and redownloading but it did not help

    Hi @kosmicare,

    I checked your screenshot of the CSV file and you put the ‘tracking_number’ and ‘tracking_provider’ fields in the wrong order.
    Check this documentation for how to prepare the CSV file and we also give example CSV file.

    Thanks. I think I was confused because the table on that page lists the columns in a different order to the CSV file example. Very silly of me!
