    Many support topics is good, there are many requests for compatibility,to add new features and sometimes ppl are just confused, the support and helping our customers is the most important thing for us and we try to make our customers happy.

    As per your issue – can you check the delivered email for the same order number? right now you show 2 different orders, it might be that the 2nd order does not have tracking info.
