• Hey guys! Great app! But I think I am missing something…in order to submit the tracking information to a customer, do I need to have something else installed on my WordPress site? I can’t find information on how to make the tracking information feature work (I have had customers tell me they didn’t receive any shipping confirmation emails or tracking info).
