# Tracking Error

 * Hi,
 * I seem to be unable to use burst statistics. (ue to your server or website configuration
   it is not possible to track statistics.)
    The Endpoint file is created and present.
   CHMOD is 775
 * Setup:
    Ubuntu 20.04 Nginx PHP 8.0 Website located in /var/www/samartis Nginx
   config points to that path and it is my websites “root” dir.
 * Navigating to [http://www.samartis.de/burst-statistics-endpoint.php](http://www.samartis.de/burst-statistics-endpoint.php)
   gives a white screen.
 * What else might I check?
