    Hello,
    Please go to admin order list, hover over a tracking number to make the refresh icon show. Just click that refresh icon then let me know the result.

    However, you seem to be using an outdated version so there’s no such button. Please update the latest version 1.2.0 then try again.

    I am using version 1.2.0.
    I am also using WordPress Multisite.
    Refresh icon does not appear.

    This feature requires API and in the free version, only TrackingMore is available. It seems that you have not filled the API key for TrackingMore. Please go to the plugin settings/Tracking service to check that.

    Hello. I will continue this thread. i have the same problem. however, even though I added the API in the settings for “trackingmore”, it still doesn’t show me any results about the shipment. what am I doing wrong?

    hi, thanks for the early reply. I’m trying to use the API through the “tracktry” service and I’m not getting any results. when I use the shipment number (06595600124497) directly on the “tracktly” website, I get the results there. The same with the “aftership” service. API assigned, I can see the results directly in the “aftership” service, but not on my own website. Can you think of anything? If needed, I’ll provide both the assigned API and web access for you to test it out.

    I use the premium version of the plugin “woocommerce order track” and “woocommerce email template customizer”
