Tracking code not on site

I have this plugin installed on other sites and it works, but on this site when I check the code, there is no tracking code. There is no error showing in the debug pane of the settings. Code is Enabled. I connected to google to connect the account. On the main settings page for the plugin it shows the name of the site and the analytics tracking number correctly.
