    Hi,
my client sets up ga4 and connect her site with the plugin, but there is no tracking code in the header. In the settings GA4 is selected and in the tracking settings too (not dual only ga4). Can you suggest something, where to start debugging?

    Thanx

Check if the Code Placement is set to HTML HEAD and that the cache system (if any) is cleared/flushed/purged.

Also make sure that you’re using an Incognito/Private browser window while testing (to avoid logged in user exclusions and other sort of things).

Code placements is html head and there is no cache on website

there is no error for your plugin:
    Count: 1
    Last Error: –
    GAPI Error: –

and the problem is that I don’t have access to her analytics account, to look what settings are there

Update to latest version and check if the issue remains. There was a bug, fixed on 5.6.5, when using only a GA4 property for reporting.
