We will check if the webhook is configured properly. * Can you please also clarify that the tracking auto sync is not working at all or do you just want to sync it every 10-20 minutes? * Also, Shipment tracking updates are pushed from shiprocket via webhook. We cannot sync information every 10-20 minutes. Further, the tracking info generally does not change every 10 minutes so there is no point in syncing so frequently.
