Trackbacks with nightly

I’m having an issue with trackbacks. I upgraded to the March 25th nightly, and could not send trackbacks or pingbacks. I just upgraded to April 24 nightly, and I’m sending pings fine now, but when I try and send trackbacks, they aren’t showing up on other blogs. I’m sending them to another WP blog, and the ping shows up fine, but the trackback never happens. Any thoughts?
