Trackbacks not working correctly

I’ve been toying around with wordpress for a while now..I’m still trying to get my journal customized the way i want it(its a work in progress I’m a newbie)…I’ve lurking around the forums and notice that some wordpress users were having trouble with there trackbacks,I’ve never used the trackback feature before so I was tried it…I found out that i having the same problems as well(kinda I guess) I’m unable to send trackbacks…I’ve tried sending trackbacks severals differents sites and it didn’t work..I test to see if I could receive trackbacks onSimpletracks andTrack Display…So I think I could receive them…they were successfully sent…
So my questions is how to I enable my blog to so that i can send trackbacks??
