# Trackbacks not sent?

 * It seems that my WordPress 1.5 install is not sending trackbacks. I write a post
   and copy the trackback URI into the “Send Trackbacks To:” box, then press publish.
   My post never shows up in the comments or trackback section of the other blog.
   I’ve even tried this on trackback testing blogs. What next?
