Trackbacks and API

    Is anyone able to post via the xmlrpc-API with trackbacks getting through it (I’m talking about trackbacks being send to another page, not other pages sendingt trackbacks to me)? There is a thread here on problems with trackbacks when posting with ecto. But it doesn’t seem to be a specific ecto problem rather an API problem.

    So, anyone out there who is posting through the API with trackbacks working? In my case trackbacks work fine when posting from the web interface but not from ecto or any other editor. Pings are OK, though.

    Any ideas how to fix that?

    I’m having exactly the same problem. Unfortunately, I’m rather new to WP and PHP in general, so although I looked at xmlrpc.php, I have not the faintest idea what’s broken in there so it doesn’t work.
