# Trackbacks

 * I must get at least a dozen trackbacks a day from sites selling viagra and what
   not… Is this something I should do something about? Does it matter what sites
   are linking my articles? Or should I just continue to ignore these and let them
   get filtered out by my spam filter?

 * Nope. Not unless you want to disable pingbacks.

 * Just mark them as spam and then ignore them.

 * Ok, I wasn’t sure if sites like google would give my site less credibility of
   it was linked by spammy sites or whatever… Thanks!
