Trackback Links

Hi, I’ve been working on my blog theme a lot today, and I’ve fixed some of the major issues like the jumping issue, where the text appeared below the sidebar, but now I’m having trouble with trackback links.

First of all, what are trackback links? I just noticed them today because when I went to create a sitemap for my site with my sitemap generator, i noticed all these separate URIs with /trackback at the end of the permalink…when I went to the trackback it says:

“OK

The document has moved here.”

Why is this? How do I remove the trackback link from the comments page so that this does not appear in my sitemap?!
