 * Well I got it working. It now sends and recieves trackbacks!
 * Make sure the includes/functions.php line 624 reads `$http_request .= "rnrn";`
   
   I had the new one on my comuputer, but not on the server. So check the server
   version.
 * But that didn’t fix it completely. Even though my server was an appache server
   the mod_rewrite was not installed.
 * tried putting the index.php in front of the string for the permalink did not 
   work either. The log showed a return of access denied. No permission to access
   file.
 * It took 2 calls to tech support to get it done. They swore it was installed, 
   but it was not. That debug log helped me out allot. Now it works!
