    Hi @maza25,

    This text can be changed to your language from our email customizer (Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings, open the Fulfillment Workflow panel and click on the email settings icon.

    If you use multiple languages using WPML, you can translate this text from the WPML string translation menu.

    Hello, what you indicate does not work, I change the text and when I save what I do, the text is placed in English again.
    I do not use several languages, only Spanish.
    Something changed that stopped working, but I already read what you indicate in other posts and none of it works.

    After long weeks, with clean installations, trying other stores with less traffic with the same plugins, leaving the plugins that Zorem told me active at a minimum… and nothing. There is no way to change the text. Neither with locotranslate nor with anything.

    Would it be possible to change directly in the database? What is the field that needs to be modified, in which table is it located? Or else, in the PHP code itself, what needs to be changed? Although in raw mode, we would know what problem exists.

    I already found the problem, when you modify this option, Rename the order status “Completed” to “Shipped”
    Then it does not allow to modify the track your order text
    there is the error.

    The order is SHIPPED and not Completed, it is only completed when the customer receives it.

    if you change to shipping , then it does not allow you to modify the text track your order, if you leave it in completed it does allow you to modify it.

    The string “Track Your Order” cannot be found in the database, so I don’t know what table it will be in.
