    Hi,
    Is it possible somehow to track what FAQ field people are clicking/reading mostly.

    And is it possible to track what people search in the FAQ search field with use of Google Analytics or in the plugin ?

    It would be great to know what people search. Because then I know which pages I need to optimize so people do not need to visit the FAQ page šŸ™‚

    Hi helgi,

    If you go to the “FAQs” tab in the plugin admin, you’ll see there’s a column in the table called “# of Views”. You can even click that column heading to sort the FAQs by number of views, showing the most viewed at the top.

    There is no option in the plugin for tracking the search. It may be possible with analytics, but it’s not something we’ve tried or tested.
