Track orders from phone number

    Many order without an email account. Instead, everyone uses their phone number. The plugin would have been good if it had the option to show repeated commands from the same phone number. What it looks like now is incomplete – so I can’t say it’s useful for us at 100%. Now we cant see orders from people who dont use their email adress. But in general, maybe it’s useful for someone without this function.

    Dear @prodiusion,
    I am very sorry to see your review, as you know Phone number is not required in WooCommerce, I personally Tried many times and requested them to add but they don’t. As WordPress developers, we didn’t have many options. Negative ratings are really extremely demoralizing. After many hours of coding, testing bug fixing, and free service our users didn’t understand our pain. I personally ensure you that if it was reliably possible I should have added that before this review. @prodiusion could you please kindly change your rating. thanks & regards

    So far I have used this module which has the function of showing the commands that are repeated by phone number. So it’s possible.

    @prodiusion thanks for your reply. Every software is different in its approach, This Plugin is Much more advanced than what you are referring to. reliability is must-have, as I mentioned before we want to solve this issue in a reliable way, not duct tape fix. Plugin development is a continuous iterative development process. As you see every version has some new good things. If you guys didn’t cooperate with us and motivate us then how we continue this journey. Coding is not Easy its very frustrating hope you will with us. I am a one-man army doing everything and getting motivated is hard, I hope you will kindly reconsider your rating and review. thanks
