Your plugin works great when somebody pays using my Gateways like PayPal, PayU. However I have also a possibility to pay using direct bank transfer on my bank account. Then when I’m getting money, I need to manually change order status to “Processing”. However it doesn’t send any information to analytics then.

I think it triggers event only when user enters ‘order-received’ page and order status is automatiacally changed to “Processing”. When user enters to ‘order-received’ page and I’m changing his status manually the day later – it doesn’t work.

Any ideas of how to trigger correct event also after manually changing order status to “Processing”?

    Hi @zyggmunt,

    Thanks for appreciating our plugin.

Our plugin out of the box tracks data from the frontend of the store. So whenever a user makes an order, (s)he gets redirected to the order-received page(thank-you page) and from there transactional data get tracked and pushed into analytics irrespective of the payment method used.

And in your case, an order which is placed using the Bank transfer payment method gets tracked immediately after the user places it.

In summary, we would like to mention that the events which occur in the frontend of the store get tracked by our plugin.

    We hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.
