Support » Plugin: DuracellTomi's Google Tag Manager for WordPress » Track Enhanced Ecommerce broken after WooCommerce 2.3 update

  • I just updated to WooCommerce 2.3 and noticed I was getting the following error on single product pages:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WooCommerce::add_inline_js() in /nfs/c10/h04/mnt/151241/domains/mattmikulla.com/html/wp-content/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/integration/woocommerce.php on line 267

When I go into the GTM settings for WooCommerce integration and uncheck Track enhanced e-commerce the error no longer displays.

Let me know if I can help in any way to resolve this.

    Hi Matt,

I released the new version, please update and get back to here so that I know, everything is OK with your site.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Does this also work to track WooCommerce external links? When the product is an affiliate product and the buy now button goes to an external site?

You may add tracking to your outbound links using GTM features, this is not something my plugin can add to your setup.

On the 3rd party site, where the transactions happens, you can only track sales if this particular site gives you this information. It is not related to this plugin.
