Hi there,
I noticed in some playlists they appear https://prnt.sc/pe8K2anQ6fgS
They issue is in the first playlist. Do you see these images after you save the playlist in AudioIgniter Admin playlist creating screen?

@chuckpoulos Can you also share a screenshot from the playlist on the backend? Do you have the images saved?
Hi Fotis – thanks for your help . . .
The previous playlists have functioned exactly as they should. Only the most current playlist has been giving me trouble. Prior to writing this, as an experiment, I deleted all of the pertaining track covers; opened the original files on my PC; saved them again; then reuploaded them and assigned them to the appropriate track – but with worse results – now all four tracks are missing their covers.
Here is a screen from my media directory: https://prnt.sc/-YqW91cy0xsc
Here is a screen from my Igniter: https://prnt.sc/hKe-WtG8eBhd
In answer to your general question – the images are not appearing when I create the tracks; but the images are clearly there . . . the first track in the list USED to appear, until I deleted them and reuploaded them.
Hi Chuck,
It looks like the tracks don’t have an image assigned. You’ll need to click on the “Upload cover” icon and re-select the image on any tracks that are missing it. Then make sure to save your changes / playlist.
This may be because you delete the images (and therefore the “connection” between the images and the tracks that used them “broke”), or they didn’t have an image assigned to begin with.
In any case, try re-assigning them, save, and give it a test.
Hi Anastis,
I appreciate your help. I should point out that you are stating my problem. To further assist in your diagnosis and possible solution, I have captured the process, including uploading another image to try to assign to the track. The video is here: https://youtu.be/bVU4u4HNyW4
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi Anastis & Fotis –
I have discovered that images uploaded prior to 2006/02 appear and work fine. This appears to be a WP problem – so, at this time, I withdraw my request for help because your plugin appears to not be at fault.
