Support » Plugin: Pixel Caffeine » Track CF7 contact module and custom audience

  • Hi, i’m learning to use Facebook pixel and i would like to know 2 things about using it in Pixel Caffeine to track multiple form created with cf7, and then create a custom audience.

1- I managed to set the tracking of a single module, by setting in Conversion the css selector “.wpcf7-submit” (in the code mode of the browser, i found it by clicking on the right button of the mouse on the button and then copy css selector) , but what happen if i have a second module on my website? Is the selector different, or is there a way to add id or other information?

2- How can i use this action to create a custom audience if i need it? Using a filter with blog behaviuor, custom field (which one?) or not? Or maybe i just have to use the email addresses, if the people send them to me (but i think it’s a little bit different. Maybe that are not their most used email, or just not used on Facebook)?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

1- You can be more specific following the path to that element. I mean, you could specify something like .container .wpcf7-submit, or .container1.classofcontainer1 .container2 .wpcf7-submit or if the element has an ID you can specify it with hash like .wpcf7-submit#button1

2- You should create a custom audience (or by the plugin or by business manager/ads manager) and define in the condition what you defined in the custom event you created. That is, if you set a custom event name, you can recall it from the custom audience conditions. Or you just send a standard event with a specific parameter, you can define it from the custom audience configuration.
