Tournament Bracket System

Hello,

I am looking for a tournament bracket system similar to this: http://www.challonge.com/examplewordpress but allows the users on my website to sign up to the bracket (entering team name and details) within the website, then it will add them to the bracket or a list of teams. Then once the sign up limit is full it closes. Then it will create the bracket. Once teams play their games they may report the scores on the bracket for their game only, if there is a dispute then an admin must review the game.

So if anyone knows anywhere/any plugins I can get something similar to this then that would be great.
